High-resolution premium scanning: 4,000–6,000 DPI optical scans (or specified resolution on request)
16-bit TIFF or high-quality JPEG output (choose format on order)
Color correction and exposure adjustments tuned for natural, true-to-film results
Dust and scratch removal on scanned files (manual and automated where needed)
File naming and basic metadata (date, film stock if provided)
Return of developed negatives and contact sheets (where applicable)

Standard delivery: 2 business days from receipt of film
Expedited options available on request for time-critical projects

Clearly label film canisters with format and processing type (C-41, E-6 (for a larger fee), black & white)
Include contact information and preferred file format
Ship or drop off film; processing begins upon receipt
Notes

Film received after cut-off times on business days will begin processing the next business day
